Users can download .NET Framework 2.0 from this link: Microsoft's website  and follow the instructions on the screen to install it.  For Windows Vista, in order to run it correctly, Content Assistant should be launched as an administrator: Locate Content Assistant. By default, it should be in the folder "C:\Program Files\ContentAssistant". Right click the program icon and choose the properties option.
